WhoDatJedi podcast: ‘Jedi Rocks’ does not, in fact, rock

It’s time to talk the “special edition” of “Return of the Jedi.”

The title kind of says it all.

It’s the 86th episode of the WhoDatJedi podcast! This week, your hosts — Aaron Svoboda (@Aaron_Svoboda), Alfredo Narvaez (@NOLA_Fredo) and Dave Gladow (@davegladow) — take a closer look at the changes present in the 1997 “special edition” release of “Return of the Jedi.” As was the case with the first two films, some of the changes are pretty innocuous or even welcome. But with some of the others … well, we won’t spoil it to much, but let’s just say the guys are not fans of some of it (*cough* Jedi Rocks *cough*). They also tease some thoughts on “Bad Batch” for next week’s show and look at the latest news, including a cool new trailer drop.
